Founder and Principal
Bill has always been a Kansan. Graduating top of his class at Washburn Rural and scoring Nationally (CPA) as a decorated Accounting graduate of Wichita State University, his track record is impressive. As a successful businessman (CFO) and real estate investor of over 25 years, Bill fully understands the ins-and-outs of property management and rentals. With over 1,000 happy tenants, his name is well-known in the industry.
Parker Allen
Property Manager
Parker has been a Johnson County residence for the majority of his life. He graduated top of his class from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and began his career working with clients to finance real estate developments across the Midwest. Parker's experience in the real estate industry and high-class professional service helps clients realize the highest potential from their properties, while providing an exceptional experience for your tenants.

Jack has been around the rental business since he was a little kid, learning from his Father. He recently graduated with his MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University, finishing top in his class.
